Remax.com/Commercial - Commercial real estate listings of RE/MAX offices in the US plus International properties through the Catylist network.  Very detailed searches by dozens of features and property types make this a great site for power users.  Search ForSale or ForLease by Industrial, Office, Shopping Center, Retail Commercial, Multi-Family, Vacant Land, Hospitality/Hotel, Farm/Ranch, Special Purpose, Business Opportunities and International categories.  Listings are copied to Knoxville CIE too.

Knoxville Commercial Information Exchange - Commercial listings of Knoxville area properties through the Catylist network.  Excellent features such as Virtual Earth aerial and bird's eye views plus Google maps but advanced features and more listings are limited to Realtor-members only.

LoopNet - Largest online site for commercial listings with over 590,000 properties ForSale and ForLease.  Create free Basic Member account to see more listings and tools (Premium Member account with full access and reports is $40-50 per month).

CommercialIQ - Large Catylist national marketplace for property listings, investment property, businesses and wants/needs.  Advanced search filters by LeaseType, CapRate, SaleTerms and more.  Free basic membership or full membership for $35-40 per month.

CoStar - Researched and verified commercial listings and real estate information for more than 300,000 properties.  CoStar Property Professional product available by subscription with analytics, tenant data, demographics, broker info, sales comps, maps/aeriels and over 200 fields of hard to get property information.

CityFeet - National site by LoopNet with advertiser supported links to services and companies.  Guides to Commercial Real Estate fundamentals of leasing, sales and investing.  Tools include a real estate glossary plus links to books and organizations.

CommercialSource - New site as of May 2008 by the Realtor's Commercial Alliance, the commercial division of the National Association of Realtors and ePropertyData.

Realtor.com - Number 1 online residential site and official site of the National Association of Realtors with financing, moving and settleing in resources.
